my character vignette
A man walks over a long rusty bridge memorising Auckland when was young, comparing it to now were lights dash tall buildings clash lanes being built.
He pulled his hat down, put his hands in his pockets and stalked off into the night shadows following him, colours fading as he walks, yet he is alone, hungry, homeless, sad.
Cars race past like a dog chasing a rabbit. Little leaves stumble to the ground no more stars to full up the night sky in there places a long grey cloud.
